Workshop demonstrativ foto - surprinderea in imagini a miscarii muzicii electronice

Miscare muzicala electronica a surprins sau chiar socat de la inceput prin imaginea clar distincta a evenimentelor specifice, a participantilor, a modului de manifestare.
Fiind o miscare cu o personalitate bine conturata, artistii fotografici n-au putut ramane indiferenti acesteia, incercand sa surpinda realitatea tridimensionala, sau chiar quad-dimensionala, daca punem la socoteala muzica, si sa o transpuna intr-o suprafata bidimensionala - fotografia - astfel incat nu numai s-o redea publicului larg sub forma de document / documentar sau jurnal in imagini, dar sa si interpreteze realitatea si sa ii atribuie valente artistice.
Desigur, acest fenomen nu este singular, in lumea intreaga au aparut artisti fotografi care au fost fascinati de aceste scene muzicale, de aceste evenimente energetice, de aceasta atmosfera aparte, adevarata sursa de inspiratie, dedicandu-i-se si contribuind prin maestria lor artistica la un progres in ceea ce inseamna imaginea evenimentelor, participantilor, etc.
Workshopul demonstrativ fotografic isi propune oferirea catre publicul larg a unei mostre din ceea ce inseamna imaginea statica a miscarii electronice. Totodata, workshop-ul demonstrativ isi propune sa arate publicului larg procesul (incepind de la concept, trecind prin etapele tehnice ale fotografiei, tipul de aparat, obiectiv, diafragma/timp de expunere, pina la executarea efectiva a fotogarfiei - tiparirea ei), care are ca finalitate imaginea fotografica.
Artistii fotografi invitati vor explica ce ii fascineaza la aceasta scena muzicala, cum au surprins ei si de ce au redat intr-un anumit fel aceasta scena, cum cred ei ca ar fi indicat sa fie imortalizata, care este conexiunea dintre fotografie si muzica electronica si cu ce contribuie fotografia la crearea unei imagini aparte a miscarii in ansamblu.
O parte efectiva ar fi sedintele foto realizate de profesionisti in fata publicului, sedinte foto care au ca obiect executarea de fotografii pe o tema pre-satbilita, analizarea rezultatelor, prezentarea tehnicii si aparaturii folosite, tiparirea rezultatelor si oferirea de mostre si listari digitale publicului participant.
Workshop on Photography - capturing the movement of electronic music

The electronic music movement shocked the whole world right from the beginning through the distinct image of its specific events, people and way of manifest.
The photographers could not stay beside this unique movement so they tried to capture this new three-dimensional reality, or quad-dimensional, if we consider the music a distinct dimension, and transform it into a two dimensional image - a picture. The purpose of this is not only to be transmitted as a document or photographic jurnal to the masses, but also to interpret reality and to give its artistic values.
Of course, this phenomenon is not singular. On a global scale, artists have emerged which have been fascinated by these musical scenes, by these high energy events, with a unique atmosphere, true sources of inspiration, to which they have dedicated themselves and contributed through their artistic magic to a progress in the image of the events and participants.
The workshop aims to give to the wide public a sample of what static imagery of electronic music means. At the same time, the aim is to show the process ( starting with the concept, passing through the technical stages of the photography, type of camera, lens, exposure time, and finally to the physical capture of the image and the printing process ), which ends with the artistic image.
The invited photographers will explain their fixation about this musical scene, how and why did they capture it in a certain way. Also they will talk about and explain their artistic style, and the connection between photography and the electronic movement. Personal beliefs will be discusted too, such as thoughts about the role of photography in creating a unique image of the entire movement.
As part of the workshop, there will be a photo-session held for the audiance by professionals, which aims to capture images on a pre-established theme. The results will be analysed, as the technique and the electronics will be presented too Finally, the results will be printed and samples of the free prints will be given to the participants.
